Our client, an international technology company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to oversee project delivery for a major data centre development in Korat, Thailand on a 12-month contract.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to work and able to commute daily to the project site in Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima), Thailand within the next month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the data centre construction programme from site mobilisation through commissioning and handover.
- Manage and coordinate general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones, quality, and performance targets are achieved.
- Control project schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations while driving risk mitigation and issue resolution on site
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, including leading major on-site build projects.
- Proven delivery experience in data centres or other mission-critical facilities such as hyperscale, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or large industrial projects.
- Demonstrated success managing general contractors and consultancies from the client or owner’s representative perspective.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power infrastructure, and cooling technologies for high-density facilities.
- Solid expertise in contract management, cost control, change management, and FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
- A hands-on, site-based approach with the ability to resolve issues directly and drive contractor performance.
