We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded Roll Mill Operator who takes pride in quality, precision, and getting the job done right. If you enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and turning raw steel into quality metal fixtures, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate roll-forming equipment to produce quality metal fixtures.
  • Read blueprints, make tooling adjustments, and keep production running smoothly.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and use hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment.
  • Track production and quality results while maintaining a safe, organized work area.
  • Share your knowledge and help train fellow team members when needed.

What You Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Manufacturing or industrial machine operating experience is preferred.
  • Steel or roll-forming experience is a plus!

The Physical Side

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work with hand and power tools for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work extended shifts and overtime as business needs require.
