$80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

A respected leader in the commercial building services industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow new business throughout Dade and Broward Counties

If you're a true hunter with experience selling facility or building services, this is an excellent opportunity to represent a broad portfolio of solutions while building long-term relationships with commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, REITs, and facility leaders.
• Conduct client meetings and facility walkthroughs.
• Present customized solutions and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Partner with operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Janitorial & commercial cleaning

• Building monitoring and emergency response

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling building services, janitorial, facility management, maintenance, HVAC, or related services.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
