About the Roles

As an RN, EN or PCW, you will play an important role in providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Registered Nurses – Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
  • Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
  • Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, residents and families
  • Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies

Enrolled Nurses – Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and person-centred nursing care under the direction of an RN
  • Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
  • Complete clinical documentation and contribute to care planning
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
  • Support residents with their daily care and clinical needs
  • Work collaboratively with RNs, PCWs and the wider care team

Personal Care Workers – Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities
  • Assist with mobility, nutrition, hydration and personal hygiene
  • Support residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing
  • Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

About You

Registered Nurses

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
  • Current Influenza vaccination
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • 100 points of identification

Enrolled Nurses

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
  • Current Influenza vaccination
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • 100 points of identification
