About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care

• Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans

• Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and overall health needs

• Maintain best-practice infection prevention and control standards

• Work collaboratively with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams

• Assist with admissions, assessments, and ongoing clinical reviews

• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required

• Current Influenza vaccination

• Valid Australian working rights

• 100 points of identification
