Production Worker

A manufacturing company is seeking dependable Production Workers to join their team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on position involving leather hides, machine operation, sorting, and material handling. The ideal candidate is comfortable staying active throughout the shift and performing physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Remove leather hides from spray machines and hang them on poles

• Mark, sort, and transfer hides throughout the production process

• Feed hides into machines and monitor production flow

• Frequently lift, push, and pull materials up to 25 lbs

• Occasionally handle materials weighing up to 65 lbs

• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand and stay active throughout the entire shift

• Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms

• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs

• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 65 lbs

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• $16/hr

• 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
