Electronic Assembly

A local Polk company is seeking a dedicated employee to join their team as an Electronic Assembly. In this position you will be responsible for assembling mechanical elements while utilizing a general knowledge of electrical assembly. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical and electrical knowledge and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and rebuild mechanical components including motors, transformers, and circuit breakers.

  • Repair or replace damaged or worn parts.

  • Install new components and upgrades as needed.

  • Test rebuilt equipment to ensure proper functionality.

  • Operate equipment safely and according to company policy.

  • Keep detailed records of the rebuild process including parts, repairs, and testing results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience with rebuilding/repairing using correct equipment.

  • Rudimentary computer skills to access and store data.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work with a high degree of accuracy.

Benefits/Compensation
