Inventory Associate
Location: Duluth, GA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (with potential increase to $23/hour)
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to join our client’s team in Duluth, GA. This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations through efficient handling of inventory processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming inventory, inspect materials for quality and accuracy, designate storage locations, and stock items efficiently.
• Pull inventory and assemble parts kits to fulfill manufacturing orders.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship parts to support service and spare-parts requests.
• Visually inspect incoming parts to verify proper delivery and documentation accuracy.
• Update inventory records, report discrepancies, and ensure records are accurate and current.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area, ensuring shelves and storage spaces are properly maintained.
• Move materials to and from production work cells, supporting overall operational efficiency.
• Follow guidance from inventory, production, and operations leadership to meet daily goals.
• Assist with testing, packaging, and other operational tasks as needed to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate an order picker is required; forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with record-keeping systems.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds comfortably.
• Experience using hand tools and inspecting parts visually.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to support various operational areas as needed.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively within a team.
