Structural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer to support structural design activities for a large-scale industrial refining project.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural drawings and 3D models.
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, and related design documentation.
• Support structural layouts for industrial equipment and facilities.
• Incorporate engineering calculations, markups, and project requirements into designs.
• Coordinate structural designs with Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and other disciplines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary model reviews.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain project drafting/design standards and drawing quality.

Qualifications

• Structural design experience within industrial/process facilities.
• Refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, oil and gas, or EPC experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings and industrial design practices.
• Revit experience required.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston.
