Seeking BE/BC Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Join and help lead an established, expanding cardiovascular service line with a strong referral network.
  • Perform left- and right-sided catheter ablations, Micra leadless pacemaker implantation, permanent pacemaker placement, CRT-P/CRT-D and ICD implantation.
  • Provide comprehensive device management and follow-up.
  • Partner with cardiologists and APPs to shape and expand the electrophysiology program.
  • Modern procedural capabilities, a teaching service and potential academic appointment support clinical growth.
  • Forty-hour position, weekdays 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Published annual compensation range: $470,936-$706,307.
  • Productivity option and relocation/sign-on bonus.
  • Seven weeks of PTO including vacation, sick time and CME.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
