Production Managers (2 Roles based in Angola)

We’re expanding operations in Angola and hiring two Production Manager positions—one in Home Appliances / White Goods Assembly (Luanda) and one in Steel & Metal Processing (CRC Line). If you’re hands-on, process-driven, and strong in team leadership, we’d like to hear from you.

1) Production Manager — Home Ap)pliances / White Goods (Luanda)Industry: Manufacturing / Assembly (refrigerators, washing machines, air-conditioners, cookers) Location: Luanda, Angola (plant-based)

Type: Full-time, permanent — Schedule: Mon–Sat (day/afternoon shifts as required)

What you’ll do (simplified)

Run day-to-day production and hit output and delivery targets Coordinate materials, inventory, and production orders using ERP/MRP tools

Drive in-line quality checks and final inspection before dispatch Lead and train operators/technicians; improve performance and safety

Track key KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, scrap, on-time delivery) and report results Implement lean improvements (5S, Kaizen, SMED)

What we’re looking for

Degree/HND in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial or similar)

5+ years in production supervision/management (appliances, electronics, consumer durables)

Strong assembly-line technical knowledge + quality systems exposure (ISO 9001/IEC standards a plus)

Mainland Chinese is preferred

English is needed, and Portuguese classed will be provided

2) Production Manager — CRC Line (Steel Processing)Industry: Steel & Metal Processing Location: Angola (plant-based)

Type: Full-time, permanent

What you’ll do (simplified)

Manage end-to-end CRC line operations (planning, throughput, downtime, yield)

Oversee quality control from raw material to finished coils/sheets (CRC/HRC/Galvanized)

Coordinate raw-material sourcing with procurement; review specs/CoC and supplier performance

Own inventory control (raw, WIP, finished goods) and regular reporting

Lead safety and compliance across plant operations

Prepare production performance reports and basic market/price intelligence reports

What we’re looking for

Degree/HND in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering (or similar)

7–10 years in steel/metal processing, including leadership on CRC/flat-products lines

Strong knowledge of CRC/HRC/galvanized processes and standards (ASTM/EN/JIS)

Confident with ERP/MES and reporting (Excel/PowerPoint)

Mainland Chinese is preferred

English is needed, and Portuguese classed will be provided
