My client is a growing residential builder seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team due to continued growth.
Specialising in investment homes with high-end finishes, they currently build around 160 homes annually, with plans to reach 300 homes by 2027. Projects are primarily located across Ipswich, Ripley, Walloon, Caboolture, and Morayfield.
The Role

The Role
- Preparing and managing residential building contracts
- Contract approvals and handover documentation
- Liaising with investor groups and clients
- Supporting internal construction teams with project administration
- Previous residential construction administration experience
- Strong understanding of the building process
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Experience with Buildxact and/or Monday.com highly regarded
- $85k – $95k + super
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4pm
- Friday finish at 2pm
- On-site parking
- Supportive team environment
- Brand-new Fortitude Valley office coming in 2026
