Job Title: Cherry Picker / High Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Chalfont, PA (Montgomery County)

About the Role:

Pay Rate:

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Available Shift Times:

• First Shift (Shift schedule to be determined)
• Overtime may be available based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Cherry Picker (Order Picker) and High Reach forklifts to retrieve and store inventory.
• Pick, stage, and replenish materials accurately using RF scanners.
• Load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform inventory movements while maintaining location accuracy.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Cherry Picker and/or High Reach forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
