Warehouse Lead - Sort Center - Sun-Wed

Job Summary 

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Floor Lead to support daily warehouse and distribution operations within an assigned department. This role is responsible for helping oversee workflow on the floor, supporting team performance, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and serving as a point of contact for associates and leadership throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse, production, fulfillment, or lead experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

PIT Experience Required (Forklift)

Pay: 24/hr
Shift: SUN-WED - 9:30AM-7:30PM

Responsibilities 

• Support daily operations within an assigned department to help ensure workflow stays on track 

• Help direct floor activity and provide day-to-day guidance to associates during the shift 

• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance within the work area 

• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members 

• Communicate department priorities, updates, and operational needs to associates 

• Partner with supervisors and operations leadership to address workflow issues and staffing needs 

• Help identify and resolve production delays, quality concerns, and process gaps 

• Ensure associates are following safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies 

• Support coverage planning, task assignments, and labor balancing within the department 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 

• Step in to assist with hands-on operational work as needed 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, production, fulfillment, or lead experience required 

• Prior experience providing direction, coaching, or floor support to a team preferred 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 

• Basic computer skills preferred 

• Experience with warehouse systems, inventory processes, or department workflow is a plus 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 

• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation 

• Ability to work in a warehouse or distribution environment with varying temperatures 

• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, carts, freight, and other warehouse activity 

Schedule and Compensation 

Pay Rate: 24/hr
Shift: Sun-Wed - 9:30am-7:30pm
