We are partnering with a well-established FMCG business seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with operations to provide financial insights and commercial analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and variance analysis
- Analyse costs, inventory, labour and gross margins to drive performance improvements
- Maintain product costing models, reporting and key business KPIs
- Assist with business cases, financial modelling and process improvement initiatives
- CA/CPA qualified
- Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong management accounting, costing and inventory analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure (SAP highly regarded)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a commercial mindset
