Design & Build are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator to join a residential builder delivering high-quality, architecturally designed homes across Melbourne. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
- Liaise with clients, architects, councils, and trades to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered on schedule.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, variations, and project documentation in line with company procedures.
- Attend regular site meetings and collaborate closely with site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, flagging risks or issues to senior management.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential construction.
- Experience delivering architecturally designed homes valued $3m+.
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the residential construction process.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
- Systems and process driven mindset, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
