⏰ Shift: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (depending on driver routes)

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Houston area. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can multitask effectively while supporting daily driver operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout scheduled routes
Monitor driver progress and provide updates as needed
Enter and maintain accurate data and records
Communicate with drivers and management regarding route changes or delays
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
Maintain organized documentation and reports
Assist with scheduling and operational support tasks
Ensure timely and accurate information is entered into company systems

Requirements:

Previous dispatching or data entry experience preferred
Strong computer and typing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependable and punctual attendance required
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Must be able to work flexible hours depending on route completion
