Position Highlights:
Employed, physician-led emergency medicine role
Join a team of 18 EM-trained, board-certified physicians
Flexible scheduling with 120-hour monthly requirement
Coverage across two emergency departments in the region
No inpatient admitting orders required
Strong APP support across both sites
Open to both newly trained and experienced physicians
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base compensation
Up to $25K annual group incentive bonus potential
Extra shift compensation available
$60K signing bonus
$100K student loan repayment
$24K residency stipend (final 12 months of training)
