About the role
Your key responsibilities will include:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing end-to-end payroll functional and systems testing
- Validating payroll configurations, business rules, and pay calculations
- Developing and executing test scripts and test cases
- Supporting SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel payroll testing activities
- Identifying and managing defects through to resolution
- Working closely with payroll, project, and technology stakeholders
- Assisting with reconciliation and validation between legacy and new payroll systems
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience in payroll systems testing (this is essential)
- Strong understanding of payroll functions, processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience with functional and configuration testing within payroll environments
- Ability to analyse payroll outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Dayforce would be highly advantageous
- Previous exposure to payroll system migrations or implementations preferred
