Our client is a global leader in live production technology, delivering innovative solutions that power many of the world's leading broadcasters, sports organisations, streaming platforms and media companies. As North America continues to be a key growth region, they are looking to appoint a VP Customer Success & Services North America to lead and scale their regional post-sales organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a strategic function, bringing together Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Support under one leadership role. You'll work closely with global leadership to develop best practices, build high-performing teams and ensure customers realise maximum value from their investment.
The Role
As VP Customer Success & Services, you will be responsible for leading the regional post-sales strategy, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes while driving operational excellence across North America.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and leading the North American Customer Success function.
- Establishing and growing the Professional Services organisation.
- Leading the regional Customer Support team and driving continuous service improvement.
- Developing scalable operating models, deployment methodologies and service delivery standards.
- Driving customer adoption, account health and long-term customer success.
- Building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
- Working closely with global stakeholders to align regional execution with global strategy.
- Using data and operational metrics to continuously improve customer experience and business performance.
About You
We're looking for an experienced customer-facing technology leader who has successfully built and led post-sales organisations within a B2B technology environment.
You'll ideally bring:
- Extensive leadership experience across Customer Success, Professional Services and/or Customer Support.
- A proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing teams.
- Experience operating within global or matrix organisations.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of how post-sales excellence drives retention and business growth.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
Experience within the broadcast, media technology, streaming or video delivery sectors would be highly advantageous, along with familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk, Planhat and NetSuite.
