Production Associate

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality frames through measuring, cutting, assembly, packaging, and material handling processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including saws and cutting tools safely and efficiently
• Measure and cut frame materials to precise specifications using tape measures and rulers
• Assemble frames and related components according to company quality standards
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products
• Inspect products for accuracy, defects, and overall quality
• Package and prepare completed orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow schedules and meet daily output goals
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Previous manufacturing, production, woodworking, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure and ruler
• Basic math skills, including measuring, addition, subtraction, and fractions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move 50–60 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements
• Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
