Cricket Victoria, in partnership wth ACA and Infront Sports, is offering a Talent Development Coordinator opportunity to a current, transitioning, or past professional cricketer, who is an ACA Member.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting coaching across Emerging Players Programs.
- Utilising your expertise and experience to enhance technical, tactical and mental skills of players in youth programs.
- Assisting with development coaching for VIC Metro and VIC Country teams, supporting player development, preparation and delivery during the competition phase at the Cricket Australia National Championships.
- Continue to develop a specialist coaching focus area within your coaching repertoire that can be applied across various programs.
- Monitoring player development through individual development plans, feedback and review processes.
- Contributing to player development administration including player reports, training plan support, and post-program reviews.
- Helping build a well-rounded understanding of talent development environments.
- Working across Cricket Performance programs in administration, planning, and collaboration.

Opportunities are offered by state cricket clubs, ACA, and Cricket Australia via Infront and the ACA Internship Program early in each calendar year.
