We work with major sporting codes, organisations, and associations to empower professional athletes in their current and future careers.

To support the rapid growth of our business operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Sports Admin Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. This role provides an exceptional entry point or transition into the sports industry, offering critical operational support, assisting with project management, systems, digital marketing, HR coordination, and administration support for our Managing Director and team. Working within a highly collaborative environment, this position is perfect for an organised professional looking to build a long-term career in sport business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting end to end program administration, including updating placements, candidates, and host files. 
  • Contributing to developing, maintaining, and optimising internal business policies, processes, and systems to industry best practices.
  • Executing daily system and database updates, including managing form responses, athlete hours, and WHS compliance in liaison with consultants. 
  • Supporting compliance and operational data management, including updating systems with administrative award rates and tracking data integrity.
  • Assisting with Work in Progress (WIP) process updates and internal project management.
  • Providing Personal Assistant (PA) and administrative support to the Managing Director and team.
  • Managing incoming communications, answering phones, and acting as an efficient, professional first point of contact for premier partners (AFL, ACA, PFA) and our athletes.
  • Supporting digital marketing efforts, content updates, and the coordination of brand assets, website, and promotional campaigns.
You will bring to the table:
  • Currently completing or have completed a business degree, ideally majoring in marketing and/or sport business.
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and learning capacity.
  • A strong sense of initiative, and the professionalism required to handle elite sporting partnerships. 
  • Experience within a sports organisation or high-performance environment is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Enthusiasm, pride in your work, and a genuine love of sport.
  • Strong drive, passion, and a desire to develop your career.
