Interview Process
- 8–15+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
- Strong background in drywall, metal framing, and interior systems
- Proven experience leading or managing an estimating team
- Experience working within union environments is essential
- Strong knowledge of large-scale commercial project delivery ($1M–$25M range)
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as Chief Estimator / Director of Estimating
- Experience across Northeast markets
- Ability to mentor and develop junior estimators
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000 – $220,000 base salary (depending on experience)
