Manage a range of practice admin tasks (document packs, record keeping, payments processing)
Handle ATO correspondence and assist with IAS/BAS lodgements
Coordinate client communications, including high-net-worth client liaison
Maintain and update client databases and files
Support continuous improvement of admin systems and processes
Provide ad hoc support across the broader team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin/team support experience in professional services (accounting/legal ideal)
Strong verbal and written communication; confident with client contact
Excellent organisation, coordination, and time management; thrives under deadlines
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; exposure to Xero/XPM, Xero Blue, ATOmate, ATO Tax Agent Portal, or CAS360 highly regarded
Detail-focused, proactive, and a genuine team player
