Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team producing metal components. This position involves loading raw metal material into machinery, operating equipment to cut and shape parts, and assisting in the production of both small and large components. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing and learn hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Load raw metal materials into machines for processing

• Operate equipment that cuts, drills, and shapes metal parts

• Monitor machines during operation to ensure parts are being produced correctly

• Perform basic quality checks on finished parts

• Remove finished products and prepare them for the next step in production

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Second Shift: 4pm to 2:30am M-TH – training on 1st

• Pay Rate is $16.50 per hour.

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available after probation once hired.
