Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and motivated 3rd Shift Technician to join a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and supporting production in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.

  • Perform routine equipment inspections and identify potential issues.

  • Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor product quality and ensure products meet company standards.

  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues.

  • Assist with material handling and production needs.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift.
