Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Answer inbound service calls and coordinate field and workshop service work

🔹 Schedule and allocate technicians for internal and external customers

🔹 Process service functions in MYOB, ensuring efficient workflow management

🔹 Assist in quoting service jobs and securing signed contracts

🔹 Liaise with customers, providing updates on service progress and requirements

🔹 Maintain and track customer service records with 100% accuracy

🔹 Manage document control for ISO accreditation and warranty claims processing

🔹 Oversee rental prehire and dehire coordination within set timeframes

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience – Previous experience as a Service Coordinator is essential

✔ Skills – Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and high-level proficiency in MS Suite

✔ Preferred Knowledge – MYOB, Excel, and ISO accreditation awareness are advantageous

✔ Mindset – A proactive, customer-focused professional with a commitment to integrity and efficiency
