The Role
- Build, develop and manage your own portfolio of commercial clients.
- Drive new business growth while managing renewals and mid-term adjustments.
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions and provide exceptional client service.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your client portfolio.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive cover and terms.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal procedures.
- Manage premium collections and maintain accurate client records.
About You
- CIP (Insurance Institute of Ireland) qualified (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance
- 2+ years' experience in a Commercial Account Executive or similar broker role.
- Proven ability to win new business and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, client-focused approach.
