2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Must be flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including Saturdays as production demands require.
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable Production Stackers to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for monitoring products as they come off the production line, performing quality checks, and properly stacking finished materials onto pallets for shipment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment.Key Responsibilities
- Remove finished product from the production line.
- Inspect products for quality, appearance, and defects.
- Accurately stack and organize materials on pallets for packaging and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow production standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production abnormalities to supervisors.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to learn production processes quickly and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting awareness are helpful.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 10-12 hour shift.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing, eye, and head protection.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment while meeting production goals.
