Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex business transformation environment, with a strong focus on process improvement, process mapping and operational efficiency.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded, outcomes-driven professional who can engage stakeholders, challenge existing processes and translate business needs into practical, sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead end-to-end business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• 
  Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflows and supporting documentation.
• 
  Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, understand business challenges and define future-state processes.
• 
  Undertake process analysis, gap assessments and impact assessments to support business transformation.
• 
  Develop actionable recommendations to streamline operations, improve efficiencies and enhance service delivery.
• 
  Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process improvements align with organisational objectives.

About You

• 
  Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong background in process improvement and business transformation.
• 
  Advanced capability in process mapping, business process modelling and workflow optimisation.
• 
  Strong experience developing As-Is and To-Be processes using tools such as Visio, BPMN or similar.
• 
  Proven ability to facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders and challenge existing ways of working.
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• 
  Ability to work autonomously within complex environments and deliver practical business outcomes.
