Project Support - Production

Pay: $21.00/ Hr

Position Summary:
The Biologics Production Operator works in a regulated production facility supporting the manufacturing of biologic products. Responsibilities may include preparing and making buffers, stocking and staging materials and supplies, operating production equipment, and following established procedures and safety requirements. The level of responsibility will vary based on experience, training, and qualifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and make buffers according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Stock, stage, and maintain production supplies and materials.
• Operate production equipment and systems as trained.
• Follow written procedures, batch records, and work instructions.
• Perform routine production activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Perform cleaning and basic equipment-related tasks as required.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Perform additional duties based on assigned Biologics Production level (Level 1–5).

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred; experience in biologics, pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to operate production equipment after training.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet physical requirements of the position.
