About the Role
As a Relationship Executive, you will be a key point of contact for a portfolio of external partners, supporting applications from initial submission through to completion. You will primarily manage email-based queries, with some phone contact, while accurately processing applications and ensuring they meet required quality and compliance standards.

About the Role
As a Relationship Executive, you will be a key point of contact for a portfolio of external partners, supporting applications from initial submission through to completion. You will primarily manage email-based queries, with some phone contact, while accurately processing applications and ensuring they meet required quality and compliance standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting partners with submitting applications into internal systems, including data entry and documentation checks.
- Monitoring applications through the review process, liaising with internal teams, and requesting additional information where required.
- Working across multiple queues and tasks based on business priorities.
- Assisting with onboarding new partners, including system access, process education, and alignment to policies and procedures.
- Providing feedback from partners to management to support continuous improvement of processes and service.
You will bring:
- Strong ability to multitask across queues and manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy.
- High attention to detail and a genuine compliance mindset, particularly when reviewing documentation and progressing applications.
- Proven experience in high-volume customer service, banking, finance, automotive finance, or other regulated environments.
- Confidence using systems and performing manual data entry with accuracy and speed.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and policies to introducer consultants.
- 6 month temporary contract
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm | 2-4 weeks mandatory in-office training followed by a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
- Pay rate: $39/hour + super.
- Brisbane CBD office
- Immediate start.
