About The Role:
- Manage end-to-end claims, including recovery actions and liability determination
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring meticulous maintenance of electronic claim files, timely application of claim settlements, and effective liaison with investigators and assessors.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, developing positive working relationships, and facilitating an open dialogue on policy interpretations and claim management.
- Adhering to established procedures and policies, processing claims promptly for optimal outcomes and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Embracing diverse challenges and opportunities for professional growth and impact within a dynamic and supportive organisation.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in claims insurance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
