Remote | $140,000 - $160,000 Base + Bonus Potential

Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization expanding through acquisitions across the United States. They are seeking an ERP NetSuite Specialist to serve as the company's in-house NetSuite expert and lead ERP optimization and acquisition integration initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the NetSuite environment across the organization.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and underutilized functionality, then implement improvements.
• Serve as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert for Finance, Operations, and leadership teams.
• Lead the integration of newly acquired companies onto the NetSuite platform.
• Manage data migrations, testing, training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Partner with external consultants while reducing reliance on third-party resources over time.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and user adoption initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation, administration, integration, and optimization experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld and Celigo.
• Proven success leading ERP implementations, migrations, or acquisition integrations.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting inventory, job costing, quoting, invoicing, and operational workflows.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior consulting, systems integration, or private equity-backed company experience is highly preferred.
