We’re looking for a visible, floor-first Warehouse Manager who leads with respect, brings structure and discipline, and knows how to run a high-volume pick-and-pack operation. If you enjoy being hands-on, developing people, and driving real operational improvements, this role is for you.


The Operation

  • 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse plus off-site storage
  • ~50 employees
  • 90% pick and pack, 10% light production
  • Seasonal volume, peak June through December
  • Non-union facility


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, receiving through shipping
  • Manage and develop full-time and temp associates
  • Own safety, organization, and OSHA compliance
  • Drive inventory accuracy and on-time shipping
  • Partner with operations and customer service
  • Improve workflows and support WMS enhancements
  • Build a positive, accountable warehouse culture


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership
  • Strong pick-and-pack experience
  • Hands-on, people-first leadership style
  • Experience with inventory systems or WMS
  • Safety-focused and process-driven


Nice to Have

  • Lean or Six Sigma experience
  • Forklift certification
  • WMS implementation exposure
