Sales Manager/Sales Representative

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager/Sales Representative to join a well-established business in Coffs Harbour. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and taking ownership of sales performance.
 
You’ll have the opportunity to combine hands-on selling with strategic input, helping grow the customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the Coffs Harbour and wider regional NSW market.
 
 
Duties

• Develop and implement practical sales plans designed to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage existing customer accounts while actively generating new leads and business opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, key contacts and stakeholders.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product solutions.
• Prepare sales quotes, proposals and presentations tailored to individual customer needs.
• Follow up leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Keep CRM records, customer information and sales pipelines accurate and up to date.
• Keep informed about customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
• Assist with supporting and developing junior members of the sales team where required.

 
Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in sales, business development or sales management.
• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver strong commercial results.
• Confident negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and respond to client needs.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
• Knowledge of the Coffs Harbour or regional NSW market will be highly regarded.
