This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional to step into a busy logistics environment and provide essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinating freight bookings and preparing documentation
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Handling inbound calls and email enquiries
- Supporting scheduling and general office functions
- Previous administration experience (freight/logistics industry highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office and office systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ongoing temporary assignment
- Tuesday to Saturday roster (10am to 6pm)
- Office-based in Matraville
- Immediate start available
