We're seeking an experienced Network Support Analyst to join our Network Platforms team, providing critical financial and operational support across BAU operations, capital projects, and telecommunications.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and technology, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cost governance for a business-critical network environment.
 
About You
We're looking for someone with;

• Experience in financial operations, cost analysis, or budget forecasting, ideally in a network or IT environment
• Proficiency with SAP or a similar financial/ERP system
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of identifying and explaining cost variances
• Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and collaborate across teams
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and renewal cycles at once

 
Key Responsibilities
 
Financial Management: Raise POs, approve SES, complete monthly accruals, analyse SAP cost data, and prepare OPEX forecasts and budgets
 
Cost Recovery: Process cost journals and resolve variances in collaboration with Finance and the Portfolio Lead
 
Hardware & Licensing: Manage Cisco Smart Software access, reconcile CMDB records, and support licensing renewals
 
Telecommunications: Review vendor billing, manage circuit renewals, and forecast telecom costs
 
Stakeholder Coordination: Support project teams and Product Owners on cost validation, transfer memos, and governance reporting.
