Botany Toyota is looking for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join its team!
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience in a dealership, workshop or automotive aftersales environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Working alongside the Aftersales Manager and wider Service team, you’ll help support the day-to-day operation of the department while ensuring customers continue to receive a high level of service.
You’ll bring strong automotive knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers and the wider team.
This role would suit an experienced Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales professional looking to step into a more senior position.

The Role
- Support the Aftersales Manager with the day-to-day running of the department
- Help deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the aftersales journey
- Work closely with the Service, Workshop and wider dealership teams
- Assist with the smooth and efficient flow of work through the department
- Support day-to-day operational requirements and help maintain high standards across Aftersales
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide support when required
- Contribute to a positive, organised and customer-focused team environment
About You
- At least three years’ experience within a workshop environment or similar automotive role
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- A clean, full New Zealand Driver Licence or equivalent
Experience with tyres, AVIC inspections, QMS or automotive parts would be advantageous, while previous experience within a Toyota Service Department would be highly regarded.
