Golf Imports, a growing business in the electric and utility vehicle sector, is looking for an experienced Service & Parts Advisor to join its team in Papakura.

The company imports and sells EZGO and Global Carts, supplying golf carts and electric utility vehicles to customers throughout New Zealand.

This is a varied, customer-focused position responsible for coordinating service bookings, managing parts enquiries and supporting customers throughout the service and repair process.

Working closely with the workshop team, you will be the key link between customers and technicians, ensuring jobs are booked efficiently, customers are kept informed and service and parts enquiries are handled professionally.

Alongside service coordination, you will manage parts quoting, invoicing and dispatch, as well as assist with warranty claims and general workshop support.

This role would suit someone with previous automotive, machinery, equipment or similar service/parts experience who enjoys dealing with customers and taking ownership of their work.

The Role

• Acting as the first point of contact for service and parts enquiries
• Coordinating workshop and field service bookings, and allocating jobs to technicians
• Liaising with customers throughout the service and repair process
• Triaging customer support issues and ensuring enquiries are followed through
• Quoting and invoicing parts sales
• Managing parts orders and dispatch
• Supporting warranty claims and processing
• Using factory systems to assist with faults, warranty and parts enquiries
• Maintaining accurate customer and job information

About You

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar service or parts-focused role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident dealing with customers by phone, email and face-to-face
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
• Comfortable learning technical product information and new systems
• IT savvy and confident using Microsoft applications
• A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to help across the wider team
