💲 Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
📅 Saturdays as needed

Job Responsibilities

  • Sort recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal from conveyor belts.

  • Remove non-recyclable contaminants, including hoses, food waste, and hazardous materials.

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including balers, compactors, and shredders.

  • Sweep, rake, and maintain clean work areas throughout the facility.

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours).

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift 30–50 pounds consistently.

Work Environment

  • Loud, dusty, industrial facility with varying temperatures and odors.

  • Exposure to sharp objects and repetitive-motion activities.
