Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Start Time: 6:00 AM

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Hand Nailers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience using pneumatic nail guns and will be responsible for assembling and securing wood products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities
Operate pneumatic nail guns safely and efficiently.
Assemble and fasten wood products according to specifications.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience using a pneumatic nail gun is required.
Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, pallet building, or lumber production is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
