Your expertise will help optimize office layouts, messaging, and service delivery, ensuring every touchpoint delivers maximum value and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or user experience research
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional research initiatives
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including in-market testing
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex data
- Experience in designing research plans, discussion guides, and analysis frameworks
- Ability to conduct field research, time studies, and observational research in retail environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Miro, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience scaling or shaping research functions, frameworks, or operations
- Success in driving insight-led transformations within matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with customer journey tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, or TheyDo
- Ability to travel periodically to offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Kansas City, Dallas, and other locations (up to 75%)
- Comfortable working both on-site at our Austin offices and remotely, with 25-50% of work from home
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel purposes
