About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the overall success of the store through strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an elevated shopping experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business
• Leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Driving KPI performance and commercial outcomes
• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation
• Managing stock processes, operational standards and compliance
• Creating a positive, engaging team culture focused on performance and development

What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll have:

• Proven retail management experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent leadership role
• Experience leading, coaching and developing retail teams
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent operational and organisational skills
• A passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate those around you

• $31–$33 per hour ($64,480–$68,640 per annum) + KiwiSaver
• Sunday–Thursday roster (40 hours per week)
