• Ability to quickly evaluate existing procurement frameworks, implement improvements, and maintain operational continuity during transition periods.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and complex contract requirements within the healthcare environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior Zip experience in procurement or healthcare-related contract management.
• Experience working in a remote setting and managing flexible work hours.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry compliance and contractual obligations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• A minimum of 8+ years in procurement leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
