High Reach Forklift Operator - PM

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join one of our valued clients based in Lidcombe.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established warehouse and distribution operation that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

We have openings for both morning or afternoon shift roster, with the potential for long-term and ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Your duties will include:

• Operating High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
• Performing putaways and replenishment of stock into racking systems
• Loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety procedures
• Conducting RF scanning to accurately track inventory movements
• Completing general warehouse duties as required
• Assisting with voice-picking tasks when necessary
• Operating material handling equipment (MHE), including ride-on pallet jacks
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following site safety policies and operational procedures at all times

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• A minimum of 12 months' experience operating High Reach Forklifts
• A current and valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transport and punctual attendance
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, up to 8-hour shifts
