Additional qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and project controls
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Proven track record of enforcing safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
