Investment Funds Associate (5-7 PQE) – CAYMAN ISLANDS

Our client is a major offshore firm with an unrivalled reputation in the funds industry. As a new member of the 90+ pax strong funds team, you will be advising an already established client base on a number of portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and acquisitions etc. The firm facilitates all manner of funds including; hedge, multi manager, private equity, mutual and emerging markets. 

Candidates will need to have 5-7 years post qualified experience, strong academics and the personality to fit into a dynamic working environment. For this role, Offshore Legal has been asked to source funds specialists or top tier corporate associates with significant exposure to funds/PE work.
