The role offers significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPO’s, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions etc
The successful candidate will have extensive transactional experience at recognised firms and will receive a generous salary package in return.
Bermudians and associates already offshore are naturally also strongly encouraged to apply.
